Definition and Usage
The pow() function raises the first argument to the power of the second
argument, and returns the result.
Syntax

| x |
Required. Specifies the number to be raised |
| y |
Required. The power to which to raise the number |
Example

echo pow(4,2) . "<br />";
echo pow(6,2) . "<br />";
echo pow(-6,2) . "<br />";
